INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We accept international orders from Canada only. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard or international money order only. Charges must appear in U.S. dollars.

PAYING BY CREDIT CARD
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Credit card transactions are subject to verification by the issuing bank. Credit card information is not stored on our systems. Please follow the instructions on the order form or the online checkout.

Please note: "WestStar TalkRadio Network " will appear on your credit card statement.

PAYING BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
We accept checks or money orders payable in U.S. funds only.

Your order cannot be processed unless we receive the complete payment. We will contact you by mail if your order is incomplete. Please verify that you have added proper shipping, handling and tax (if applicable) before mailing your order. Orders from Arizona residents or orders shipped to an Arizona address must include sales tax. Insufficient funds will delay your order. You will be notified by mail if there are insuffcient funds for your order. We do not ship orders until your funds clear the bank. Paying by personal check or money order will typically take two to three weeks for processing. Please send us an e-mail using our Customer Service Support Form  to check on your order status. In your e-mail, mention that you placed your order by mail.

KIM'S CLUB PURCHASES
If sending a check/money order for Kim's Club, do not include any sales tax or shipping and handling on the Mail Order Form. This is a non-shippable service provided through Komando.com. On the Mail Order Form, include your billing information (full name, billing address, etc.), e-mail address, write "1 yr subscription to Kim's Club" as the Product Name, and the total amount of $35.95. Purchases for more or less than 1 year are not accepted. Your payment must clear before your subscription order will be processed. Please note that nothing will be shipped to you; you will only receive an e-mail to the e-mail address provided on your Mail Order Form. International Money Orders are accepted. All funds must be in US dollars only.

PRICING DISCREPANCIES
All orders containing pricing errors or discrepancies from our system will be cancelled. If your order contains a pricing discrepancy, please contact Customer Service with your order information by using our Customer Service Support Form.
