What You’ll Do
As the Director of Growth & Marketing, you will work side by side with Kim Komando in Phoenix, AZ, executing high-impact growth strategies to scale our newsletter and digital media business. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our brand, engaging new audiences, and driving revenue.
✅ Own and execute the growth strategy – Drive subscriber acquisition through email marketing, paid media, partnerships, and innovative content strategies.
✅ Develop and manage marketing campaigns – From social media to TV commercials on Fox News and cable, craft compelling messaging that converts.
✅ Leverage data & AI-driven insights – Utilize analytics, A/B testing, and AI tools to refine and optimize marketing efforts.
✅ Build strategic partnerships – Identify and engage with influencers, content creators, and media platforms to grow our reach.
✅ Enhance subscriber engagement – Improve retention, develop referral programs, and build a loyal audience.
Who You Are
You’re a high-energy, entrepreneurial thinker with a passion for growth, marketing, and digital media. You love tech, media, and strategy—and you know how to turn ideas into action.
🔹 Proven experience in marketing & growth strategy (newsletter, media, tech, or digital advertising experience is a HUGE plus).
🔹 Strong background in performance marketing – You know your way around paid ads, email marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
🔹 Creative storyteller with a business mindset – You can craft messaging that converts and drive revenue growth.
🔹 Analytical and results-driven – You live and breathe KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI.
🔹 Fast mover & problem solver – You don’t wait for instructions; you anticipate challenges and tackle them head-on.
🔹 Phoenix-based (or willing to relocate) – This is a hands-on, high-impact role working directly with Kim Komando with a competitive salary and benefits.

Salary: $75-90K per Year depending on experience
